SnugChic™ Cropped Sweatsuit

This is a review of the Snuggle Sac Women's Sweatsuit Set, 2-Piece Cropped Sweatshirt & Wide Leg Pants, Casual Travel Airport Outfit Lounge Set.

This set turned out to be as good as I hoped. The fabric is a smooth scuba knit that feels soft, thick, and comfortable. It has a nice drape that gives it a more polished look than typical fleece sweats.

I'm 5'6", 132 pounds, and the Medium fit true to size. The sweatshirt hits right at the waistband on my short-waisted frame, and the pants are a good length with athletic shoes. Although the listing calls them wide-leg pants, I would describe them as more of a relaxed straight leg.

The fabric has enough weight for fall and winter wear, but it isn't stiff. It moves well, didn't pull or twist while walking, and the knees and seat didn't bag out after wearing. The pockets are deep enough to hold my phone unobtrusively.

It also washed well with no noticeable shrinkage, wrinkling, or loss of shape.

My only hesitation is the color. On the model, the light gray looks sophisticated. In person, on me, it looks a little institutional. If I were ordering again, I'd probably choose the navy instead. That's simply a personal preference, though. The quality, fit, and comfort all exceeded my expectations. This set is worth the cost.

I really like this 2-piece sweatsuit set from Snuggle Sac. It is comfortable and stylish. Great for lounging. Fabric is stretchy, soft and easy care. I got the Deep Blue, which is a very pretty color and different than a typical navy blue. Sizing is generous. I typically wear medium bottoms and size up to a large in sweatshirts. (For reference: I am 5’4” tall, weigh 145 pounds and wear a 36DD bra.) I got the size medium and I am happy with the fit. Pants fit well with a wide, comfortable, functioning drawstring waistband. Pockets are deep. At 5’4” I worry about pants being too long. The hem on these pants hit just above the floor, so maybe too long for anyone under 5’4”. Top is a boxy cut and sized larger than expected. Top is cropped and hits a couple of inches below my waistline. Sleeves are too long on me. If I roll the cuff 1 time, they are my correct length. Fabric is medium weight and this outfit works great for chilly weather, but not cold weather. I like this lounge outfit very much and am happy I got it. I look much more stylish and put together than I normally do in sweats! Because of generous sizing, some may wish to size down. (If you are between sizes – go with the smaller size.) This set would work well for taller women, but pant legs and arms maybe too long for petit sized women.
