RETURN POLICY

At Snuggle Sac, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not happy with the purchase, we will gladly refund, exchange or replace it, if returned within 30 days of purchase.

All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, unaltered, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with the company hang tags still attached. Personalized, monogrammed, or altered products will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the delivery date.

No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items.

HOW TO RETURN? 

Please submit a request for return by sending email to our customer service at snuggle_sac@outlook.com. Please attach the original order number for the items that you wish to return or exchange. And please also let us know if you'd like to have a refund or exchange for another size/color. Our customer service staffs usually process the request within 1~2 business days by sending back a email confirmation.

Please include the original order number within the returned package, make sure to pack the box securely and apply a prepaid shipping label and drop it at a shipping carrier location. Please note that Snuggle Sac is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
