Striped Cardigan Sweater

I saw this striped cardigan on Instagram and immediately ordered it — no regrets. The beige white stripe is so classic and versatile, it literally goes with everything in my closet. I got a size medium (I'm 5'6", 140 lbs) and the fit is perfect. It's that ideal relaxed-but-not-baggy fit that looks intentional, not sloppy. The fabric is unbelievably soft — like, I can't stop touching it soft. I've worn it to work with a white tee and trousers, on date night with a slip dress, and on weekends with jeans and sneakers. The vertical stripes are actually really flattering too — they make you look taller and slimmer. The pockets are a nice bonus, deep enough for my phone. Washed it twice already and it still looks brand new, zero pilling, zero fading. 10/10, one of my best purchases this year.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a little thinner than I expected — definitely more of a layering piece than a standalone sweater. I wear a tank or tee underneath and it's fine, but just know it's not super thick. Other than that, great quality, beautiful design, and it washes well. I'd still recommend it, just keep the sheerness in mind.
